Gwang Ju, South Korea (2023.1)
PIXINSIDE designed the P8mm outdoor display for the GwangJu government in South Korea in the High-tech Industry Management Center project. The display is mainly used to broadcast the surrounding weather forecast and related disaster warning information to local residents in real time, including rainstorms, floods, air pollution index and other government-issued information. It provides convenience for the government to release information to the community.
The overall screen size is P8mm 8,000x4,960mm 1 unit. This design is a LED module size of 320x160mm, and the standard box size of the iron box is 960mm x 960mm x 90mm and other four different sizes, with a total of 40EA. The parameters used are SMD2727 and ICN2153. The white balance brightness is 6,300nit and the refresh rate is 3,840Hz. Both the front and back sides can reach the waterproof IP65. At the same time, the Nova TB60 asynchronous sending card is used to control the playback screen.
