Agent Purchasing
Based on ensuring that the price is not higher than the original price, we provide agency procurement business and on-site inspection services to help customers reduce costs. When the purchase amount reaches 50,000 USD for a single purchase, Pixinside can give the client a 2% discount, which will be deducted from the next order.
Local Agent Partner
As the local agent partner, we will jointly explore market opportunities in cooperation and provide the best service and value for partners.
2. Pre-Sales Service Process
2.1 INQUIRY - Pixinside project manager will give our clients a few proposals according to the project requests, like display size, brightness, refresh, and contrast ratio, etc, If there is no current product to fit the request, we can also do a customized proposal.
2.2 QUOTATION - Pixinside pre-sales manager will give our clients product quotations according to the proposal.
2.3 CONTRACT – Pixinside will upgrade the schedule of the project on the official homepage.
3. After-Sales Service Policy
3.1 WARRANTY - Pixinside will provide our clients with a 2-year warranty for LED display products and 2 years for other accessories.
3.2 SHIPPMENT – DHL will be your first choice if any LED module or accessory should be repaired by our engineer.
