Recently, PIXInside has completed installation, debugging and official delivery of another standardized outdoor LED screen project. This project adopts our mature OL1000 dedicated outdoor LED series, with P2.97 fine pixel pitch and standard 1000×1000mm die-cast aluminum cabinets, delivering stable, high-definition and easy-to-maintain outdoor visual display solutions for open-air commercial scenarios.
The screen is installed in an open outdoor area, exposed to sunlight, rain, temperature difference and harsh weather all year round. The client set strict requirements on weather resistance, image performance, installation efficiency and after-sales maintenance. After full evaluation, we recommended the full OL1000 outdoor solution to fully meet all on-site requirements.
For cabinet structure, the whole screen adopts unified 1000×1000 square die-cast aluminum cabinets. Lightweight integrated casting technology ensures high flatness and seamless splicing for uniform visual effect. The cabinet supports both front and rear dual maintenance. No matter whether there is back access space on site, technicians can quickly replace modules, power supplies and cables, greatly cutting construction time and long-term maintenance cost, which fits overseas field installation perfectly.
In terms of outdoor protection, the whole OL1000 series reaches IP65 waterproof and dustproof rating. Modules, power supplies and wiring ports are all sealed against moisture, rain, dust and sea wind. Temperature adaptive circuit guarantees stable 24/7 operation all year long, effectively reducing common breakdowns caused by outdoor harsh environment and extending screen service life.
The P2.97 fine pitch brings outstanding visual performance, balancing long-distance visibility and delicate close-up display. As shown in attached real-site photos, the screen reproduces rich colors and tiny textures for liquor, flower and product advertising materials. High contrast and natural color gradient keep images clear and vivid even under cloudy natural light, ideal for brand promotion, live events and commercial advertising playback.
OL1000 series covers full mainstream outdoor pixel pitches: P2.5, P2.97, P3.91 and P4.81 for flexible selection based on site size, viewing distance and budget. The series is fully compatible with Nova VX series controllers, providing one-stop matching solution without extra third-party equipment, simplifying customers’ procurement process.
